Our mission is to empower immigrant, refugee, and underserved youth and families by removing barriers, expanding opportunities, and building pathways to belonging, leadership, and long-term well-being.
Rooted in lived experience and guided by community voice, we partner with youth and families to co-create solutions that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. Through mentorship, education, sports, wellness, leadership development, and culturally responsive support, we invest in the strengths, resilience, and potential that already exist within every community.
We believe lasting change happens when communities are trusted to lead. Through mentorship, education, sports, leadership development, and civic engagement, we equip young people with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to become leaders in their schools, workplaces, and communities.

We create trauma-informed, culturally responsive spaces where youth and families can heal, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and experience a true sense of belonging.
Women & Family Empowerment
We strengthen families by expanding access to education, workforce development, resource navigation, mentorship, and leadership opportunities that promote long-term stability and economic mobility.
Community Engagement & Resource Access
We build trusted relationships that connect individuals and families to essential resources, community partnerships, advocacy, and support systems while strengthening belonging and creating pathways to opportunity.

Through initiatives like Smiles Without Borders and international partnerships, we connect communities across cultures, empowering young people to learn from one another, build global citizenship, and lead change beyond borders.

Mobile Walking Office: We also operate a mobile, walking office meeting immigrant families directly in their neighborhoods, homes, and community spaces in Louisville. This approach allows us to stay flexible, accessible, and responsive to the real-time needs of those we serve, including refugees seeking support. Whether you visit us in person or we come to you.
